Rockwall, TX – May, 2026 – Steak ’n Shake Rockwall is entering a new chapter under the leadership of new owner/operator Victor Salto, who is focused on revitalizing the restaurant experience while strengthening ties within the Rockwall community.
Salto recently assumed ownership of the Rockwall location and is already implementing a series of operational and customer-focused improvements designed to enhance service, hospitality, and the overall guest experience.
Among the current and upcoming updates are:
- Faster service and improved hospitality
- Hiring and developing a stronger local team
- Enhanced cleanliness and restaurant operations
- Increased community involvement and local partnerships
- Extended operating hours, with the restaurant now planning to remain open until 12 a.m. daily
“Our goal is to create a restaurant experience the Rockwall community can truly be proud of,” said Salto. “We’re focused on building a strong team, improving every aspect of the guest experience, and becoming a more active part of the community.”
