Rockwall, TX – December 5, 2025 – Right at Home – Rockwall is proud to announce the appointment of Jim Randolph as its new Veteran Ambassador, a role designed to strengthen support, outreach, and resource access for local veterans and their families.
For Randolph, this appointment is deeply personal. The son of a career Marine and a veteran himself, he views the position as a meaningful opportunity to open doors for those who served. “Veterans are special,” Randolph shared. “They have sacrificed time with their families to stand up for our country. Being a veteran gives me a personal attachment to helping them, and I hope to do that through my association with Right at Home.”
In his new role, Randolph hopes to make it easier for veterans to navigate benefits and services—something many don’t even realize they qualify for. He will serve as a trusted point of contact for questions, guidance, and help filling out necessary forms. “The owners, Mark and Rachel, weren’t in the service, so having someone veterans can talk to makes a difference,” he said. “I’m just here to be a resource.”
Randolph notes that Rockwall is an especially meaningful place for this initiative. Now his permanent home, he describes the community as “very veteran-oriented,” where organizations such as the Marine Corps League play an active role in local service efforts.
Local veterans and families can connect with Randolph at community events, veteran benefits breakfasts, or through Right at Home. “I don’t push real hard,” he added. “I view this not as a job, but as an opportunity to help veterans.”
Right at Home – Rockwall looks forward to expanding its veteran-focused services through this new program, ensuring more veterans receive the support, respect, and resources they deserve.
