Rowlett, TX – October 8, 2025 – The City of Rowlett invites you to experience its newest cultural celebration: Viva Cultura, debuting this Friday, October 10, from 7–10 p.m. in Downtown Rowlett.
Following the success of Noche Latina earlier this year, this brand-new fall event expands on the excitement by bringing the community together for an evening filled with music, food, art, and authentic Hispanic culture.
The City of Rowlett is proud to partner with Senaida’s Mexican Kitchen for this celebration! Senaida’s will be serving up mouthwatering Mexican dishes and signature margaritas alongside a variety of food trucks featuring both traditional Mexican flavors and other global cuisines, so there’s something for everyone’s palate!
Guests will dance the night away with a live performance from Bidi Bidi Banda, the beloved Selena tribute band that always gets the crowd energized! The evening also includes colorful performances by folklórico dancers and festive music from a mariachi ensemble.
Dozens of authentic Hispanic vendors will line Main Street, offering handcrafted art, jewelry, clothing, and cultural goods that reflect the rich traditions of Latin America.
Families can look forward to a free bounce house for the kids and prize Lotería games happening throughout the night; three sessions, first come, first served!
