Rockwall, TX – October 2, 2025 – Tate Farms is excited to welcome the Rockwall community for a family-friendly evening of Halloween fun and Friday night football at the Trunk-or-Treat Tailgate on Friday, October 31, 2025. This special event combines festive trunk-or-treating, delicious local food trucks, and a live outdoor broadcast of the much-anticipated Rockwall High School vs. Rockwall-Heath High School football game.
Event Schedule
- 4:00 PM – Gates open for parking and trunk decorating
- 5:00–7:00 PM – Trunk-or-Treat festivities
- 7:30 PM – RHS vs. RHHS kickoff broadcast live on the big outdoor screen
The event will take place at Tate Farms in Rockwall, Texas, providing the perfect backdrop for a fall evening of community fun. Families are encouraged to bring chairs and blankets to enjoy both the trick-or-treating and the football game under the Friday night lights.
Admission & Registration
- $5 per car – Includes Trunk-or-Treat and game entry
- Free admission for the first 50 cars registered to decorate a trunk and hand out candy
- Limited spots available – Only 50 trunk spaces; advance registration is required
For safety, all participating cars must remain parked from 5:00–7:00 PM during trunk-or-treating. Vehicles may exit after 7:00 PM. Guests not decorating trunks are welcome to come and go at any time.
Food trucks and a cash bar will be available throughout the evening. Outside food is welcome; however, outside alcohol is strictly prohibited.
