Rockwall, Texas May 3, 2024 – The East Trinity Masonic Lodge is proud to announce the return of the highly anticipated 10th Annual East Trinity Masonic Lodge Scholarship Golf Classic, set to take place at the picturesque Buffalo Creek Golf Club on Friday, May 10, 2024.
The Scholarship Golf Classic was established with a noble purpose – to provide financial assistance to deserving young men and women in our community. Since its inception in 1988, the East Trinity Masonic Lodge Scholarship Fund has awarded 170 scholarships, totaling over $271,000. After a brief hiatus, the tournament made a triumphant return in 2023, thanks to the overwhelming support from local businesses and residents.
“We are thrilled to bring back the East Trinity Masonic Lodge Scholarship Golf Classic for its 10th edition,” said Douglas Barkley, Scholarship Committee Chairman. “This event not only showcases our community’s commitment to education but also provides a platform for golf enthusiasts to come together for a great cause.”
This year’s event promises to be bigger and better than ever before, with exciting additions to the lineup. Participants will have the unique opportunity to meet and play alongside PGA and LPGA professionals, including a professional long driver on a Par 5 and an LPGA tour pro on a Par 3.
