Patricia A. Owen, age 77 of Mesquite, TX, passed away June 5, 2020. She was born October 11, 1942, in Memphis, TN, to Marvin. T. and Ruby (Allison) Rogers. Pat was a faithful member of Sunnyvale First Baptist Church. She worked as an insurance claims adjuster and volunteered for the Muscular Dystrophy Association and the Mesquite Republican Woman. Pat cared deeply about her fellowman and stayed very involved in public affairs. She was devoted to her family and friends and will be dearly missed by all who loved her.
Pat is survived by her son: Mark Owen and wife Diana of Dallas, TX; siblings: Sally & Steve Kern of Oklahoma City, OK, Stanley and Janet Rogers of Sachse, TX, Becky and Wes Brown of Wylie, TX; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A memorial service will be held 3:00 PM Thursday, June 11, 2020, at Sunnyvale First Baptist Church with Dr. Wes Brown and Dr. Steve Kern officiating.
