A local business that has quickly become a favorite gathering spot for many Fate residents is preparing to celebrate a major milestone this weekend.
Beer Me!, located in downtown Fate, will host a two-day anniversary celebration May 29–30 featuring live music, local vendors, giveaways, games, food, and craft beverages as the business marks its first year serving the community.
Since opening, Beer Me! has built a reputation as a laid-back social hub where friends, families, and neighbors can gather for live entertainment, local partnerships, and community events. The anniversary weekend aims to celebrate both the business and the customers who helped support its first year.

“Opening Beer Me! has been one of the most surreal, challenging and rewarding experiences of my life,” said Erik Sinclair, owner of Beer Me! “I’m a firm believer in everything happens for a reason. Typically, it’s very difficult to see it when you’re in the moment. But as they say, hindsight is 20/20. Now I can look back and see every single thing that I’ve done in my life has prepared me for this opportunity. Being an active part of this community has been integral to our success. I love supporting and collaborating with other small businesses. Our mantra is fun, family, community — and every day everyone on our team is working to deliver on that promise. If you haven’t had a chance yet, swing by for our anniversary party and see what everyone is talking about!”

Friday evening’s kickoff begins at 4 p.m. with vendors, raffles, and live entertainment. Guests can also participate in the Blind Flight Challenge, where participants test their craft beer knowledge for a chance to win free beer. Live music from Rockwall Entertainment will continue throughout the evening.
Saturday’s celebration starts at noon with the “First Pour of Year Two,” where the first 25 beers served will be free to guests, followed by anniversary cake cutting, hourly raffles, games, trivia, and additional live entertainment from Whiskey DeVille and DJ Willie Boom.
Several breweries and wineries will participate throughout the weekend, including Saint Arnold Brewing Company, Rahr & Sons Brewing Company, Oak Highlands Brewery, Three Wide Brewing, Altstadt Brewery, Peticolas Brewing Company, Landon Winery, and Hampton Water.
Local food and retail vendors participating in the celebration include It’s Fate Creamery, The Bagel Lady, Papi’s Kitchen, Popcorn Papa, Tru Light Barbershop, and Rockwall Volkswagen.

The event is open to all ages with no cover charge.
