Ann Evelyn Gatje, age 88, of Rowlett, TX, passed away May 29, 2020. She was born February 13, 1932, in Babylon, NY, to Irving Benjamin Pearsall and Alice (Kovas) Pearsall. Ann was a very active member of First Presbyterian in Babylon, NY. She worked as an order handler at Estee Lauder in Melville, NY before retiring after 25 years.
Ann is survived by her sons: Bruce Gatje and wife Teresa of Rowlett, TX, and Richard C. Gatje and wife Sheri of Port St. Lucie, FL; brother: Richard Pearsall of Albany, NY; grandchildren: Rick Gatje and wife Ashley, Emersyn Gatje and Julian Gatje; step-grandchildren: Stefanie and Jared Pernal and great-grandchildren: Logan and Emma Gatje; nephews: Thomas Pacelli and Ted Pacelli. She was preceded in death by her sister Pauline Pacelli.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
