Carlos Echeverria Betancourt, age 64, of Campbell, TX, passed away on June 14, 2020. He was born July 7, 1955, in La Caña, Guerrero, Mexico to Eliseo Echeverria and Enriqueta (Betancourt) Echeverria. Carlos was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He enjoyed music and dancing. Carlos loved the outdoors, cattle, and horses. He will be deeply missed.
Carlos is survived by his loving wife of 41 years: Felicitas Echeverria; daughters: Carla Medrano and husband Juan Medrano, and Ireidy Verduzco and Miguel Espinoza; grandchildren: Gabriel and Camila; sisters: Porfiria Echeverria and Berta Echeverria; brother: Juan Echeverria; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters: Teresa and Concepcion Echeverria; and brothers: Efrain and Alberto Echeverria.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am on Wednesday, June 17, 2020, at Reflections at Rest Haven Funeral Home-Rockwall Location. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park. A gathering of family and friends will take place at the funeral home from 5:30 to 7:30 pm on Tuesday, June 16, 2020.
