Rockwall, TX – February 12, 2026 – Homeowners looking to create healthy, beautiful landscapes while conserving water and saving money are invited to attend the Homeowner’s Guide to Landscaping on Saturday, March 7, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Rockwall County Courthouse, Liberty Hall (1111 Yellow Jacket Lane, Rockwall).
This free, family-friendly event is designed to help residents make smart, sustainable choices for their yards and landscapes. The North Texas Municipal Water District is proud to partner with the City of Rockwall and the Rockwall County AgriLife Extension Office to bring this educational experience to the community.
All attendees will receive free giveaways and will have the opportunity to win prizes in water-wise landscaping drawings.
