Juan A. Ramirez, age 72 of Royse City, TX, passed away peacefully at his home on April 11, 2022. He was born August 23, 1949, in Monterrey, Mexico, to Jesus and Ernestina (Gonzalez) Ramirez. Juan was a loving family man. In construction for over 45 years, he was a very hard worker who was devoted to his job and wanted everyone around him to be comfortable. Juan was social and would give others the shirt off his back. In his free time, he enjoyed family time cooking out and was passionate about semi trucks. His presence will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
Juan is survived by his loving wife of 47 years: Delma Ramirez; children: Eduardo Ramirez, Juan Ramirez Jr. and wife Alma, Angela Ramirez, Anna Aviles and husband Luis, Roberto Ramirez and wife Diana; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and several brothers.
Funeral mass will be held 10:00 am Saturday, April 16, 2022, at Rest Haven Funeral Home Rowlett with Fr. Americo Lozano officiating. Interment will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery. The family will gather with friends Friday at the funeral home from 5:00 to 8:00 pm with Deacon Victor Carpio praying the rosary at 6:00 pm.
