Brian Fogel, age 45, passed away June 26, 2020. He was born January 12, 1975, in Champaign, IL, to David Fogel and Beverly (Wood) Grant. A previous long time resident of Kaufman, TX, Brian had recently moved to Sunnyvale, TX. He was a manager for FCS Construction in Frisco, TX, where he worked for over ten years. Brian married the love of his life, Emily Gaston, on November 19, 2016. His family, whom he loved very much, was most important to him, and he will be missed by everyone who loved him.
Brian is survived by his wife: Emily Fogel of Sunnyvale, TX, and her children: Preston Doll and wife Destanie of McKinney, TX, Dalton Adams and Grace Adams; mother: Beverly Grant and husband Larry of Monticello, IL; sister: Amy Finley and husband Skeeter of Camp Verde, AZ; nephews: Chase Shafer and wife Taylor of Wills Point, TX, Dawson Shafer and wife Brooke of Wills Point, TX, and Kade Finley of New Mexico; grandmother: Sara Wood of Monticello, IL; and many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father: David Fogel.
A celebration of Brian’s life will be held 11:00am, Wednesday, July 1, 2020, at First Baptist Church, 610 S. Goliad Street, Rockwall, with Pastor Ty Shafer officiating.
