Officers with the Rockwall Police Department’s Traffic Division are requesting the public’s help locating a vehicle and the driver that struck a pedestrian on the morning of December 3rd. The accident happened in the 200 block of Texas Street. The pedestrian was struck sometime before 2:00 AM that morning and was not able to provide any information to responding officers about what kind of vehicle struck him.
