Jasper James Shea, 20 weeks old, of Royse City, Texas, passed from this life on October 10, 2020. Jasper was born on May 20, 2020, to Caden Cullen Shea and Devyn Breanne (Smith) Shea in Dallas, Texas. Jasper was a light in many lives.
Jasper was a mountain mover that enjoyed his fox, mobile, and good music, but he mostly enjoyed his mom and dad holding his hands, scratching his head, and listening to dad read him books and tell him stories. He was his mom and dad’s pride and joy, and Jasper touched the hearts of many during his life. All who had the pleasure to know him will miss him dearly.
Jasper is survived by his parents, Caden and Devyn Shea; grandparents: Bryan and Jennifer Smith, and Kim and Rory Shea; aunts: Amberly Smith, Jayme Smith, and Casey Schweikert and husband Aaron; uncle: Keegan Shea and wife Johanna; and a host of other family members. He is preceded in death by his uncle Clancy Shea-Schweikert; great-grandparents: Papaw, Gogo, and Papa Red and Grandma Barbara; and great-uncle Stuart Whitman.
Graveside services are to be held at 10:00am on Sunday, October 18, 2020, at Rest Haven Memorial Park in Rockwall, Texas. A gathering of family and loved ones will be held on Saturday, October 17, 2020 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM in The Gathering at Rest Haven Funeral Home – Rockwall Location.
