Debra “Debbie” Karen (McCoy) Crites, age 67, of Rockwall, TX, passed away on August 16, 2020. She was born November 3, 1952, in Boyd County, KY, to Ernest Jack McCoy and Emma Myrtle (Carter) McCoy. Debbie grew up in Ashland, KY. She was a long-time resident of Royse City, TX, and a member of New Life Fellowship Church in Caddo Mills, TX. Debbie was passionate about flowers and gardening. She was a floral designer at Kroger. Debbie loved her family, work family, and her beloved dog, Buddy. Her presence will be deeply missed.
Debbie is survived by her sons: Gary Don Crites and wife Nichole of Trophy Club, TX, and David Crites and wife Kesha of Rockwall, TX; grandson: Gage Crites; brothers: Gary McCoy and wife Lorraine of Omaha, NE, Bill McCoy and wife Rita of Ashland, KY, and Ray McCoy of Ashland, KY; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
