Ivan Lawrence Jones, age 14, of Fate, TX, passed away April 8, 2022. He was born May 17, 2007, in Garland, TX, to Adam Randall Jones and Megan Johanna (Carr) Jones. Ivan was a sweet and loving son, brother, and friend. He will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved him.
Ivan is survived by his father: Adam Jones and step-mother Cambria; sister: Emily Jones; brother: Brody Jones; paternal grandparents: Randy Jones and Iva Solbach; and maternal grandparents: Sally Lawrence and Ken Carr. He was preceded in death by his mother: Megan Jones.
Funeral services will be held 1:00pm Wednesday, April 20, 2022, at First United Methodist Church, Rockwall, TX. Interment will follow at Rest Haven Memorial Park. A gathering of family and friends will take place from 6:00pm to 8:00pm Tuesday, April 19, 2022, at the Gathering at Rest Haven Funeral Home-Rockwall location.
