with its newest location in Forney, TX. A grand opening class will be held at Forney Community Park on January 7, 2026 at 10am; this will include a free Stroller Strides class, giveaways, prizes and refreshments. OWNER, Typhani Morgan, will be on hand to meet fellow mamas and lead the fun stroller-based total body workout.
Typhani Morgan is the owner of FIT4MOM Forney and a passionate advocate for women navigating motherhood, wellness, and identity. A former business owner with a background in leadership and training, she brings years of entrepreneurial experience and heart-centered coaching into the Forney community. As a mother herself, Typhani understands firsthand the physical, mental, and emotional shifts women experience through pregnancy and motherhood. She founded FIT4MOM Forney to create a supportive space where moms can move their bodies, build confidence, and find connection without pressure or perfection. Her mission is to help women feel strong, seen, and empowered in every stage of motherhood.
