Rockwall, TX – December 29, 2025 – Star Outdoor, a Rockwall based commercial landscape and site management company announced today that they have added two additional HOA contracts to their portfolio of service accounts.
Since 2016 Star Outdoor has serviced a portfolio of commercial, retail, multifamily & HOA properties with landlords and property managers across North Texas.
Lakewood Estates and Rowlett Vineyards HOA boards awarded landscape maintenance contracts to Star Outdoor beginning in December 2025. Star will service all entrances, parks and common areas for the neighborhoods. Service includes all mowing, weedeating and blowing as well as all irrigation and water management services.
Both neighborhoods are managed by Neighborhood Management Inc., a Allen based HOA management
company. As a preferred vendor servicing many NMI accounts, this award strengthens the relationship
