Rockwall County, TX – June 13, 2025 – Rockwall County Commissioner John Stacy is pleased to announce that he will seek re-election for a second term serving Precinct 4, which includes Royse City, Mobile City, and the majority of the City of Fate.
“I ran on a simple platform of being a full-time commissioner, curtailing spending, and being a voice for the people of my precinct,” said Commissioner Stacy. “I am very proud of the work we accomplished and cannot wait to see what we can achieve together in a second term.”
Commissioner Stacy emphasized that he has delivered on his initial campaign promises and is eager to continue serving the residents of Precinct 4 with the same dedication and transparency.
A sixth-generation Texan, Stacy traces his roots back to Stephen F. Austin’s original 300 settlers. He has been married to his wife Amie for 23 years, and together they have three children.
