Rockwall, TX – March 26, 2025 – The North East Texas Community Development Corporation (NETCDC), a nonprofit organization dedicated to affordable housing and community development, is proud to announce the addition of two new members to its Board of Directors: Ben Alexander, founder of TradeworX Consulting, and Gunnar Ledermann, Pastor at Divine Peace Church Rockwall and an active community leader.

Ben Alexander

Ben Alexander is a seasoned entrepreneur, business strategist, and trades industry leader with over 24 years of hands-on experience in the home services sector. “I love Rockwall; the Downtown, the Harbor and food scene are blessings, but the people make this place home,” Gunnar shared. “Working with local non-profits connects me with great volunteers and those in need. My wife Marinda and three kids (with twins on the way) love the Texas sunshine and southern hospitality.”

Gunnar grew up in the foothills of cattle country in Northern California alongside his younger sister. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Classical Languages (Greek and Hebrew) with an emphasis in Spanish from Martin Luther College in New Ulm, Minnesota.
