The buzz was real as The Homestead by Shaddock officially opened its doors to the Rockwall community with a lively Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony.
Hosted on Tuesday, April 15, the event drew a warm crowd of prospective homeowners, Realtors, community members, and local officials. Executives from Shaddock Homes, Drees Custom Homes, and Coventry Homes were on hand to celebrate alongside development partners and Rockwall city leaders.
The festivities began with a ribbon cutting at 10:00 AM, followed by model home tours, complimentary lunch, and over $2,000 in exciting giveaways. Guests also left with a sweet local touch—a complimentary jar of Homestead Honey.
