Rockwall, TX – November 22, 2024 – The Rockwall County Commissioners Court warmly invites the community to join in the holiday spirit at the annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony on Friday, December 6, 2024, at 6 p.m. The event will be held at the Rockwall County Courthouse, located at 1111 E. Yellow Jacket Lane.
The festive evening will feature delightful performances by the handbell choirs from First Baptist Church Rockwall and First United Methodist Church Rockwall, as well as a choir and orchestra performing six cherished carols. A special musical presentation, “What Did You Say Was the Baby’s Name,” will add a unique touch to the celebration.
To make the night even sweeter, Cornerstone Church will provide complimentary cookies and hot cocoa for all attendees.
