Rockwall, TX-Oct. 2, 2024 – On the 1st of October, Rockwall County Judge Frank New swore in Christy Myers as the Deputy Elections Administrator. This is a new position created by the Commissioners Court based on the recommendation from Rockwall County Elections Administrator Chris Lynch. Mrs. Myers has been with the elections department for nine years.
