Rockwall, TX-June 12, 2024 – Rockwall County is in the process of creating its strategic plan. Our county is experiencing rapid growth, and this growth brings long-term opportunities and challenges that require us to develop smart solutions that shape the future.
Education and the role of non-profits in our community were the topics at the recent Rockwall County Strategic Plan 2050 public forum.
Your engagement in the process is essential so we look forward to working with you at the two remaining Public Stakeholder Engagement Forums.
The remaining forums include one on June 20 which will deal with public safety and health care as well as another on June 27 that will be about community facilities, services and leisure activities. Both meetings will be from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. in Liberty Hall in the Rockwall County Courthouse at 1111 East Yellow Jacket Lane in Rockwall.
Let’s work together to enhance our quality of life, promote economic growth, drive purposeful development, and foster civic richness for all residents, businesses, and visitors in Rockwall County over the next 25 years.
