David Louis Pitt, age 66 of Rowlett, TX, passed away October 5, 2022. He was born July 10, 1956, in Schenectady, NY, to Nichalas Pitt Sr. and Camilia (Despirto) Pitt. David was a very kind person with a good heart. He was always willing to help his friends and neighbors. He worked as a maintenance supervisor but was a handy-man to all. He was very dependable, never missed a day of work and was always early to the job. In his free time, he loved to fish and enjoyed going to the Choctaw Casino.
David is survived by his wife of 29 years: Mary Pitt; daughter: Alisa Peterson and husband Joe; grandson: Chris Peterson; brother: Clifford Pitt and wife Angela. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and a sister.
Funeral services will be held 4:00 pm Saturday, October 15, 2022, at Rest Haven Funeral Home Rowlett. The family will gather with friends before the service beginning at 2:00 pm. Interment will be in Northeast Texas.
