Maria de Los Angeles de Molina, 87, of Garland, Texas, passed from this life on February 2, 2022. Maria was born in San Miguel, El Salvador, on October 2, 1934, to Benigno Rivera and Erlinda (Saravia) Rivera.
Maria is preceded in death by her husband, Faustino Molina; parents: Benigno and Erlinda Rivera; and sisters: Carmelita Hernandez, Teresa Saravia, Lucia Saravia.
She is survived by her children: Dimas Molina, Guillermina Mendez, Transito Molina, Venancia Ponce, Luisa Fortuna, Jaime Molina, Alma Ligia-Molina, Belmin Molina; siblings: Leonel Rivera, Neri Rivera, Marina Rivera, Leticia Rivera; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins who will all miss her dearly.
A gathering of loved ones will be held on Thursday, February 17, 2022, from 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM, at Rest Haven Funeral Home – Rockwall location. Funeral services will be Friday, February 18, 2022 beginning at 10:00 AM, at Our Lady of the Lake church in Rockwall Texas, with Father Tony Hernandez officiating. Burial will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park.
