Alice Luella Wilson, age 92, and long-time resident of Royse City, TX, passed away on July 14, 2020. She was born February 18, 1928, in Dallas, TX, to James Dewitt Gatlin and Polly (Goodrich) Gatlin. Alice was a member of Webbs Chapel Baptist Church in Dallas. She loved to joke around and have fun. Alice was the life of the party. She made friends wherever she went and everyone at the nursing home loved her. Her presence will be deeply missed.
Alice is survived by her son: Rick Wilson of Royse City, TX; daughters-in-law: Betty Wilson of Royse City, TX, and Phyllis Wilson of Mesquite, TX; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband: Elmo O’Neal; sons: Michael Wilson and Danny Wilson; sisters: Nancy and Bettie; brother: JD Gatlin; and her parents.
