Troy Michael Skinner, age 32 of Mesquite, TX, passed away April 30, 2020. He was born April 21, 1988, in Dallas to Ronald Paul and Debbie (Rogers) Skinner. Troy loved his family, enjoyed spending time with family and friends, playing games, coaching soccer with his brother, hunting, and watching sports. His favorite teams were the Dallas Stars and Texas Rangers. Troy was very thoughtful of others and willing to help anyone. He was assistant project manager for City Wide Mechanical.
Troy is survived by his mother: Debbie Skinner of Mesquite, TX; brothers: John Skinner and wife Carrie of Forney, TX, Randy Weston and wife Jennifer of Wylie, TX; nieces and nephews: Joshua and Zachary Skinner, Timothy and Paige Helms, Talan and Kendall Weston. He was preceded in death by his father Ronald Skinner in 2016.
Graveside services will be held 12:30 pm Tuesday, May 5, 2020, at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Rowlett. The family will gather with friends prior to the service at Rest Haven Funeral Home – Rowlett Location from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. Only 10 people at a time will be allowed in the funeral home building, and face masks are required.
