Charles “Charlie” Edward Crider Obituary

Charles “Charlie” Edward Crider, a 36-year resident of Rockwall, TX, passed away November 8, 2019, at the age of 84. He was born January 9, 1935, in Fort Worth, TX, to Olie Crider and Myrtle Christine (Buchanan) Crider. Charlie was a Hella Shriner.

Charlie is survived by his wife: Jean Crider; children: Darlene Davis and husband Dave, Steve Wallace and wife Shari, Candace Moore and husband Lyle, and Christie Hartweck and husband Ronnie; 8 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and 9 great-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son: Scott Wallace; brother: Tommy Crider; granddaughter: Kristen Manning; and his parents.

A celebration of Charlie’s life will be held on Friday, November 15, 2019, at 1:00 pm at Reflections at Rest Haven Funeral Home-Rockwall Location with Pastor Dale Wesley officiating.
