Amy Michelle Bennett Obituary

Amy Michelle Bennett, age 51, of Wylie, TX, went to be with the Lord on October 17, 2019. She was born August 6, 1968, in Dallas, TX, to Larry Gene Crofford and Lana Carroll (Trout) Crofford. She was a devoted wife, exceptional mother, caring daughter, and an amazing sister. Amy was patient, kind, and sweet. She had a beautiful smile, like a vibrant light. Amy was never one to complain. She had a great sense of humor, and a positive, grateful outlook on life. Amy was very supportive of her friends and family. She was always there for them, no matter what. Amy was a dedicated employee, as a receptionist at Hill and Wilkinson for over 19 years. She was a member of Northplace Church in Sachse. Amy will be deeply missed by everyone that knew and loved her.

She is survived by her loving husband of 25 years: Rick Bennett; daughter: Shelby Bennett; parents: Larry and Lana Crofford; sister: Stephanie Powell and husband Keith; and her beloved dog: Rosie.

Funeral services will be held 1:00pm Tuesday, October 22, 2019, at Reflections at Rest Haven Funeral Home-Rockwall Location with Pastor Bryan Jarrett officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park. A gathering of family and friends will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 pm Monday evening at the funeral home.
