Meet Santa, Mini Horses, and More on December 6!
DALLAS, TX (November 18, 2025) – Saddle up for some holiday cheer! Equest is opening its barn doors for a Holiday Open House on Saturday, December 6, from 12:00 to 2:00p.m. at its scenic home in the Great Trinity Forest, the largest urban forest in the nation.
Guests are invited to enjoy a jolly afternoon of fun, including photos with Santa and Equest’s pint-sized Mini Ambassadors, Ranger and Dare, two charming miniature horses standing under 38 inches tall. The celebration will also feature festive crafts, sweet treats, and the chance to meet more than 30 of Equest’s therapy horses who bring hope and healing to individuals with diverse needs.
The event offers families and friends a joyful way to connect with Equest’s mission of empowering lives through equine-assisted activities and therapies.
