Local Community Leader Announces Candidacy for Rockwall County Republican Chair
Rockwall, TX – September 3, 2025 – Alma McClintock is invested in the future of Rockwall County, and she has officially declared her candidacy for Rockwall County Republican Chair with eyes on growing the party for the future.
As Rockwall County continues to grow, Alma emphasizes the need for a strategic, solution-oriented path to address the issues impacting our community. “What our Republican Party needs now is strong leadership with practical solutions through partnerships and coalitions to navigate our future party goals, and that’s precisely what I intend to provide as the next Rockwall County Republican Chair.”
Alma brings a wealth of success in business, community and Republican Party leadership. Alma’s ability to bring together coupled with a strong work ethic make her the right choice.
Having grown up in Rockwall County, Alma has roots in our community. She is married to Bobby Gallana and has a daughter who is a recent college graduate, Kyla. An alumnus of Rockwall High School, Alma attended the University of North Texas and earned her bachelor’s degree in strategic management.
Alma’s extensive leadership experience as a successful business owner and active participant in the Rockwall Chamber of Commerce has helped her prepare for this leadership role.
Beyond her professional commitments, Alma actively engages in community service. She proudly serves as a board member for The Rockwall Noon Rotary and The Rockwall Open Space Alliance. Alma is the Founder and President of the Republican Women Scholarship Fund. Alma previously served on the Rockwall Historical Preservation Advisory Board and served as a Rockwall County Republican Precinct Chair and Rockwall County GOP Reagan Day Chair. Alma currently serves the Republican Party as the Training and Development Chair.

1. Develop a Comprehensive Strategic Plan to help grow the Republican Party in Rockwall County.
2. Develop a coalition to advance Republican agendas important to our community by partnering with elected officials locally and in Austin and Washington DC.
