Rockwall, Texas – February 20, 2025 – Star Outdoor, a Rockwall based commercial landscape and site management company announced today that they have entered into a partnership agreement with Garland Texas based Weathermatic. Since 2016 Star Outdoor has serviced a portfolio of commercial properties with landlords and property managers across North Texas.
This partnership allows use of Weathermatic’s smart water management equipment and technology. Weathermatic manufactures irrigation control products that will soon be installed on all properties that Star Outdoor services. Their SmartLink technology allows a cloud based water management solution for commercial irrigation that monitors weather conditions, water usage and statistical data.
This partnership is one of only 300 across the United States and is reserved for companies that meet guidelines in irrigation education and water management. “North Texas is no stranger to water supply issues and restrictions during the summer months. Technology like this enables us to better manage the water supply for a property by monitoring usage and ultimately reducing waste and expense” said John Hagaman CEO of Star Outdoor. “We’ve allocated close to a quarter million dollars over the next several years just in water management initiatives”
