Louie “Sonny” Athol Teague III was born on July 8, 1959. He was born at Methodist Hospital of Dallas. He is a 1977 graduate of Bryan Adams High School. After a lengthy illness, he passed away on June 19, 2022. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Louis Elijah Huggins and Edna Huggins Enos; Louie Athol Teague and Jeanette Rice Teague and by his father, Louie Athol Teague, Jr.
He is survived by his mother, Nancy Huggins Ziegler and stepfather, Harvey Brode Ziegler; his sister, Keri Lynn Moore; two sons, William Nicholas Teague and Cole Austin Teague and Cole’s mother, Rhonda Warwick Teague; his stepbrother, Harvey Brode Ziegler, Jr. and stepsister, Joy Ziegler Brown; one granddaughter, Layla Dianne Teague; and two nephews, Jared Wayne Moore and Jacob Elijah Moore; and many other cousins, nieces, nephews, uncles and aunts.
The inurnment will take place at 2:00pm Friday, July 1, 2022, at Rest Haven Memorial Park in Rockwall, TX.
