Chelsea Marie Moore, age 30, of Caddo Mills, TX, passed away in a tragic accident on Monday, June 27, 2022. She was born March 26, 1992, in Dallas, TX, to her loving mother, Talitha Whitley. Eric Darwin became her loving and dedicated father in September 1997, when he married her mother. Chelsea was always an active and energetic child, participating in ballet, soccer, basketball, track, drill team and dance. Her excitement for drill team began at the age of 5 with RYAA Rhythmettes, then onto Coyle Middle School Cougarettes. She was an officer on the Naaman Forest High School Sterling Stars drill team. After she graduated in 2010, she attended Trinity Valley Community College, where she was a member of the Cardettes drill team and was voted a Favorite by her peers.

Chelsea studied dance over the years, including ballet, jazz, contemporary and tap. She was an amazing dancer and was proud to be a member of the Beyond Belief Dance Company. At the time of her death, Chelsea was a manager over several Firestone locations, where she excelled in her profession. She was a hard worker and was not afraid of meeting a challenge.

You could not ask for a better daughter, granddaughter, sister, cousin or friend. Chelsea was funny, loved to laugh and was sassy and had an infectious smile and an enthusiasm for life that will be dearly missed. She gave the best hugs and loved with her whole heart. Chelsea was saved and a Christian, so we can all take peace and comfort knowing she will be with her Lord and Savior.

Chelsea is survived by her parents: Talitha and Eric Darwin; brothers: Kyle Darwin and Nicole D’Souza, and Michael Darwin and wife Leah; her Pop: Weldon Darwin; and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her PawPaw: Paul Whitley and her MiMi: Shirley Whitley, and her MiMi: Ruby Darwin.

Special thanks to her uncles, Ray Whitley and Ritchie Whitley, for their prompt assistance and loving actions for their niece and her mother.
