Marge graduated in 1958 from Shelbyville High School in Shelbyville, Indiana. In 1979, Marge and Ted moved with their four kids to El Paso, Texas to escape the blistery winters in the Midwest. She was a big fan of warm weather and resided in Texas until her death. She moved from El Paso to the Dallas area in 1993 and received her Paralegal certificate from the University of North Texas in Denton in 1995. Her career was in banking and she was working as a Trust Officer at Regions Bank when she retired in 2013.

Marge was very talented and enjoyed sewing, knitting, crocheting, and various crafts. She loved to shop and always knew where the sales were. She looked forward to and loved her lunch dates with her friends. She loved sports and kept up with the Cowboys, Mavericks, and Rangers. If a game wasn’t on, her TV was tuned into Fox News. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Rockwall and actively participated in their Sunday school classes. She also enjoyed taking walks in the evening with her many granddogs, but most importantly she cherished the time she spent with her 8 grandchildren who meant the world to her. There was never a day that went by that she didn’t brag about at least one of them.
