Rockwall, Texas– Former Rockwall Mayor Mayor Pro Tem and Current President of Meals on
Wheels Senior Services of Rockwall County Dennis Lewis is announcing his candidacy for
Rockwall City Council, Place 3, for the May 1, 2021, election.
Dennis is an active resident family man, renowned volunteer, and VP of a national concrete
company. It is in Dennis’ spirit of building into people that he has fostered a successful career in
the concrete business. His success habit spans decades with both his company and the
Rockwall community, shown through his resume of service, both in the government and
nonprofit sectors.
He was asked in a recent interview how his company has grown to such an expansive market
footprint without a formal sales and marketing department and with no website or social media
presence. He answered, “Everything is built on a relationship… we form relationships with our
clients so that year in and year out, an overwhelming majority of our work is repeat customers.”
