The Frisco Police Department has taken an individual into custody following a barricaded person incident this afternoon.
The name of the suspect has not been released.
Just before 1:00pm this afternoon, Frisco police officers were dispatched to a disturbance at 4949 Printers Way after a 911 hang up call.
Dispatch reportedly heard a woman crying, advising she was locked in a closet and a man was not letting her leave.
The woman was able to exit the apartment, but police engaged in a standoff with an armed man inside the apartment.
A tactical team was called in to assist in apprehending the suspect.
Law enforcement took the suspect into custody late this afternoon.
