ROCKWALL, TX (Oct. 9, 2020) On Wednesday, October 7th, 2020, at approximately 6:30 a.m., the Rockwall Police Department responded to a motor vehicle collision at the intersection of South State Highway 205 and Mims Road. One of the driver’s in the collision, 63 year old Gayleen Nugent of Rockwall, was transported to an area hospital for treatment. As a result of injuries sustained from the crash, Ms. Nugent passed away.
The collision remains under investigation by the Rockwall Police Department Traffic Division.
