Beverly Joan (Van Skyock) Weaver, age 87, of Rockwall, TX, passed away on August 21, 2020. She was born July 27, 1933, in Portland, IN, to Norval Van Skyock and Ruth Helen (Bush) Van Skyock. Beverly was a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church in Rockwall. She enjoyed collecting and selling antiques and playing Bunco with her friends. Beverly will be deeply missed by everyone that knew and loved her.
Beverly is survived by her daughter: Kelli Matchett; sons: Rick Matchett and wife Becky; step-son, Mike Weaver and wife Lisa; grandchildren: Andrew Weaver and Megan Terry; sister: Jean Laughman; and brother: Larry Van Skyock. She was preceded in death by her parents; and brothers: Jerry Van Skyock, and Richard Van Skyock.
A celebration of Beverly’s life will be held at 2:00pm on Tuesday, September 1, 2020, at Our Savior Lutheran Church, 3003 Horizon Rd, Rockwall, TX 75032.
