A body has been recovered in a field approximately half of a mile from the intersection SH 78 and SH 205
Lavon PD responded to a report of an attempted suicide on Thursday afternoon.
On arrival a deceased adult was found. Lavon PD stated that there was no indication of foul play.
The person was not from the area and there is no continuing danger to the public.
The body is in the custody of the Collin County Medical Examiner.
