Laura Leann Austin-Hill, age 50, and long-time resident of Mesquite, TX, passed away on June 14, 2020. She was born August 19, 1969, to Larry D. Austin and Zoe (Dudley) Austin. Laura loved caring for her son, James. In her free time, she enjoyed crocheting. She will be missed beyond measure.
Laura is survived by her loving husband: David Hill of Mesquite, TX; son: James Hill of Mesquite, TX; mother: Zoe Lyons Austin of Pottsboro, TX; stepfather: Ricky Lyons; sister: Rhonda Austin-Hayden and husband Jonathan of Mesquite, TX; mother-in-law: Martha Wood; stepfather-in-law: Burnett Wood; her beloved dog: Bella; and many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her father: Larry D. Austin.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, June 17, 2020, at Rest Haven Memorial Park.
