In an announcement on Tuesday, Garland ISD announced that due to overwhelming number of responses the venue has been changed and all graduations will be held at Globe Life Park.
“We asked for your feedback, and we heard you! Of the more than 2400 responses received, an overwhelming majority wanted in-person graduation and requested more than two guest tickets. We listened and responded to meet those needs. As a result, the graduation venue has been changed to Globe Life Park in Arlington.” the announcement said.
According to the district’s graduation FAQ, Globe Life Field was their first choice, but all dates in June were unavailable and Globe Life Park was available to accommodate for the graduation dates which had already been announced.

Monday, June 8
9:30am – Garland High School
2:30pm – Memorial Pathway Academy
7:30pm – South Garland High School
Tuesday, June 9
9:30am – Sachse High School
2:30pm – Lakeview Centennial High School
7:30pm – North Garland High School
Wednesday, June 10
9:30am – Rowlett High School
2:30pm – Naaman Forest High School
