An additional fatality has occurred in Broadmoor. Broadmoor has completed four rounds of testing and reported 61 COVID-19 cases, 40 residents (15 recovered), 21 staff (17 recovered), and 12 fatalities.
RCOEM has not received information about new confirmed cases of COVID-19 from DSHS today. The graphic has been updated with the information received, like reported recoveries, total tests performed, people who have reported the Rockwall County Hospitals. As of today, there are 168 confirmed cases of COVID-19. There are now 12 confirmed deaths, all of which have been at the Broadmoor Medical Lodge. There are 146 reported recoveries and 2,120 conducted tests. Seven people have reported to Rockwall County hospitals of having COVID-19 in the last 24 hours.
0.16% of residents in Rockwall County (104,915) have contracted the virus. The virus has been fatal for 7% of those infected.
