FORNEY, TX – On March 2, 2020 at about 8:25pm, officers with the Forney Police

Upon conducting a traffic stop, officers were able to search the vehicle and locate drug paraphernalia and methamphetamine.
There were two occupants in the vehicle: Victoria Mendoza, a 38 years of age resident of Garland and Daniel Sias, a 47 years of age resident of Dallas. Mendoza and Sais were charged with HSC 481.115 (b), Possession of a Controlled Substance under one gram, a State Jail Felony, and HSC 481.125, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a Class C
