Effective Tuesday, March 17 at 7 a.m., all City Facilities are closed to the public until April 20 including Fate City Hall, DPS Administration Building, Community Center, Park Pavilion, and organized activities in the Park. This is to reduce the risk of illness for the general public as well as City Staff. Staff will still report to work to keep critical functions running for the City.
If the public is in need to contact a City Staff member, please use emails listed on the City website or call 972-771-4601.
Credit card fees of 2.25% will be waived on utility bills up to a maximum of an $15K impact on the City budget. This is in effect until April 20.
Delinquent Water and Sewer accounts will not be will disconnected until April 20.
