Betty Gay (Parks) Royall, age 90, and a resident of Seagoville, TX, passed away February 20, 2020. She was born February 1, 1930, in Royse City, TX, to Lee Parks and Flona (Clayborn) Parks. Betty loved to read, enjoyed retirement, and was a fan of the Texas Rangers. She will be missed deeply by everyone who loved her.
Betty is survived by daughters: Beverly Jacks and husband Donny of Forney, TX, Carla Royall of Quinlan, TX, and Barbie Swart and husband Don of Mesquite, TX; grandchildren: Lindsay Gutierrez, Amanda Swart, Luke Swart, Jake Swart and Graham Watkins; and great-grandchildren: Jack and Halle. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, sisters, daughter: Debra Royall, and son: Gary Watkins.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 25, 2020 at 11:00am. Interment will follow in Royse City Cemetery, Royse City, TX. A gathering of family and friends will be held Monday evening from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.
