Rockwall, Texas – On Monday, January 27, 2020, at approximately 2:20am, a robbery was reported at Walgreens located in the 2900 block of Ridge Road. During the offense, the suspect jumped the counter, brandished a weapon, demanded prescription drugs and then left the location in a darkcolored SUV.
The Rockwall Police Department Criminal Investigation Division investigated the offense which resulted in an arrest warrant being issued for 36 year old Timothy A. Bobo. With assistance from the Dallas Police Department Fugitive Apprehension Unit, Timothy Bobo was located at a home on Harding Street in Dallas, TX .
Timothy Bobo was taken into custody and a search of the residence resulted in the recovery of the firearm displayed during the robbery and some of the prescription narcotics taken during the robbery. Timothy Bobo was booked in at the Rockwall County Detention Center where he was charged with Aggravated Robbery and is being held on a $250,000 bond.
