As part of their approved Traffic Control Plan, lane closures on Rowlett Road & Kirby Road will occur over the next 30 days to allow for the Residences at Long Branch construction. These weekday lane closures are approved during the hours before 7am, between 9am and 3:30pm, and after 6pm.
