Dannyelle “Dani” Marie Keehbauch Brennan, 48, of Garland, Texas, was promoted home to spend eternity with our Lord and Saviour on Wednesday, August 21st, 2019. A celebration of life service will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, August 31st at Rest Haven Funeral Home, 3701 Rowlett Road, Rowlett, Texas 75088 with Pastor Herman Mattox of Spring Valley Bible Church officiating. Remembrances in lieu of flowers may be made to the VITAS Hospice Healthcare organization in Dallas, Texas.

Dani was born on November 26th, 1970 to Yolanda “Loni” Isabel Keehbauch and Ronald “Ron” Leon Keehbauch in Owosso, Michigan. She graduated from Carmel High School in Carmel, Indiana before attending Ball State University where she pledged Alpha Phi sorority and graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Sociology. She married Douglas Charles Brennan of Garland, Texas on October 26, 2006. Dani pursued her passion for nursing later in life attending the Dallas Institute of Nursing and earned her degree in Practical Nursing. She went on to provide care for others in Hospice settings and later joined the corporate ranks of Caravan Health as Regional Vice President utilizing her skills in the nursing field to assist in improving patient care and health programs.

Dani enjoyed many things in life. She had a creativity and talent for DIY projects, often times giving Pinterest a run for its’ money. She had a perseverance and drive which enabled her to be one of those special people who could just make things happen through sheer will. She had a laugh that would light up a room and a heart to match. She used her many creative talents, organization and artistic skills to brighten her home, the lives of her children, and of so many others.

The author and poet, Maya Angelou, once said that “Nothing can dim the light that shines from within.” Even though Dani is no longer with us on this earth, her light will forever-shine through the people by whom she is survived: her husband Douglas Charles Brennan of Garland, TX; her two children Haley Marie Potter of Garland, TX, Cole Richard Potter of Garland, TX; her two step-children, Denyel “Loghen” Christyne Howell and her husband Jordan Dayne Howell of Atlanta, GA, Ethan Thomas Brennan of Garland, TX; her sister Natalie Keehbauch and her husband Jeff Harrison of Carrollton, TX, her brother Thomas Allen Keehbauch of Cedar Crest, NM and her parents Yolanda Isabel Keehbauch and Ronald Leon Keehbauch of Muskegon, MI.
